What materials are used to make the headbands?

Our headbands are crafted from high-quality materials such as velvet, satin, and embellished with pearls or rhinestones. Only the best for you!

How do I care for my YH headband?

Keep your headband looking fresh:

  • Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed.
  • Avoid soaking in water.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent colour fading.
  • Store in a cool, dry place to maintain its shape and texture.
Do you ship internationally?

Heck yes! We ship worldwide with DHL Express.  Expect your YH goodness in 2-5 business days. We offer free international shipping on orders over $80. 

How fast do you process and ship orders?

Orders in by 11 am on weekdays ship the same day. Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days, express shipping takes 1-4 business days.

What’s your return policy?

You’ve got 30 days to return items. They must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. Return shipping costs are on you and non-refundable. No refunds on used products or exchanges, sorry!

How do I return an item?

Email us at hello@yourhaire.com with your order number and product details within 30 days. Make sure it’s unused and in original packaging, then ship it back using a tracked service.

How will I get my refund?

Once we get and approve your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 1-5 business days. We’ll email you once it’s done.

What if I get a faulty or wrong item?

If you get a faulty or wrong item, hit us up at hello@yourhaire.com with your order number and details. We’ll sort it out ASAP.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yep! Free shipping on Aussie orders over AU$45 and international orders over $80. Need it faster? Choose express shipping at checkout.

Can I track my order?

For sure! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Give it 24-48 hours to update.

Are there extra charges for international orders?

We’re not responsible for customs duties or taxes on international orders. Check your country’s rules before ordering. If customs charges aren’t paid, your parcel might be abandoned and we can’t cover the loss.
