Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your YH purchase! If you're not totally happy, here's how you can return your item:
Returns:
- Eligibility: Any item can be refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- No Refunds on Used Products: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on used products and do not offer exchanges.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
How to Return:
- Initiate a Return: Email us at hello@yourhaire.com with your order number and product details within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Prepare Your Item: Ensure your item is unused and in its original packaging.
- Shipping: Use a tracked service to return the goods, as all transport risk is borne by the sender. Customers outside Australia will be responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Approval: We’ll notify you once your return is received and approved.
- Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is completed. Please allow up to 5 business days for it to appear on your bank statement.
Faulty Products:
We ensure every item goes through quality control before shipping. If you believe you’ve received a faulty product, email us at hello@yourhaire.com with your order number and we’ll look into it urgently.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders:
If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged order, email us at hello@yourhaire.com with your order number as soon as possible, and we'll take care of it.
Sale Items:
Items purchased during a sale or promotion are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
