Delivery:
All our goodies ship straight from our Gold Coast studio via Australia Post. While they don't promise exact delivery times, here's what most of our awesome customers experience:
- Parcel Post (Standard Shipping): 2-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-4 business days
For exact delivery times based on your location, check out Australia Post's website.
- Free Shipping: On all Aussie orders over AU$45. Order under $45? Don’t worry we’ve got a flat $5 shipping fee.
- Express Shipping: Need it faster? Add express shipping at checkout.
- We trust Australia Post for all Aussie orders.
International:
- DHL Express: 2-5 business days with free shipping on orders $80+ to most countries.
- Rates might vary a bit and are calculated at checkout based on your shipping country.
Once you confirm your order, we’ll send you an email with your order number and details. When your parcel ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. Give it 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
Important Notes:
- Shipping Delays: Once the parcel is with the courier, Your Hairé isn’t responsible for any delays.
- Customs Duties and Taxes: We’re not responsible for any customs duties or taxes on international orders. Check your country’s rules before ordering.
- Customs Charges: If customs charges aren’t paid, your parcel might be abandoned, and Your Hairé won’t be liable for any loss of funds.
- No Extra Charges: No extra charges on orders within Australia since we dispatch from the Gold Coast.
